User Research, Competitor Analysis and Card Sorting

DESIGN

User Flow, Wireframe and User Interface Design

User Research

To inform our strategy, we conducted comprehensive user research by engaging with active LinkedIn users to gain valuable insights. Through extensive interviews and secondary research, we synthesized the gathered information to shape the development of the new platform. This approach ensured that our solution was grounded in real user needs and behaviours.

Data Analysis

We gathered extensive data, enabling us to create distinct categories based on various product aspects. This categorization was crucial in identifying specific user pain points encountered at different stages of their journeys.

Card Sorting

Card sorting was invaluable for understanding user mental models and preferences. We categorized the data into four main areas: Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Neutral information. This division allowed us to prioritize features and plan the project effectively.

Synthesis & Findings

After thorough data collection, we carefully synthesized and categorized the information into relevant segments. This process facilitated the user flow creation, aiding in feature identification and development planning, including obtaining necessary compliance approvals.
