To design a platform that streamlines the process of querying and managing vast amounts of organizational data, ensuring swift and accurate responses from uploaded files. The solution must enhance user productivity and data accessibility, all while maintaining a user-friendly interface and seamless integration across various front-end platforms.

We conducted extensive user research, interviewing data managers, analysts & end users. They reported challenges with fragmented data systems, time-consuming queries, and data accuracy. These insights helped shape QueryPro's design, emphasizing streamlined data management, robust search features, and a user-friendly interface.

Wireframe
Wireframe testing led to improvements: chatbot understands natural language better, resource suggestions were optimized based on user feedback, and web app got a facelift with simpler filters, chat history and customization options.

Widget Customization
The chat widget (bot) can be customized with tailored content, including a welcome message and suggestions. Additionally, users can personalize the appearance with options for brand color and widget icon. A preview feature on the right side displays how the widget looks both as a button and as an active bot, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the user’s brand and design preferences.

Widget Settings
Allow admins to rename the widget, add a description, and provide instructions for the bot's functionality. These instructions help guide the bot’s responses. Additionally, the delete widget option completely removes the widget and all associated trained files.

Embed Code
The embed code feature allows the admin to share the code with a developer, enabling the addition of the widget to the required platform. This simplifies the process of deploying the chat widget across various digital platforms.
